Meet the Team at Cairn Roofing Group!
Ian Davis
Founder
Ian was born and raised near the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. After graduating from Alfred State with an Associate’s in Architecture and a Bachelor’s in Technology Management, he decided to move to the mountains where he could snowboard more often. After spending some time in the Construction industry managing all projects from paint and roof to new construction, he decided to turn his focus to roofing and opened Cairn Roofing Group in late 2017.
Ian met his Colorado-native wife and they’re raising two beautiful fur-babies (dogs) together. In his free time, he enjoys practicing the art of pyrography, brewing and snowboarding. He also enjoys ministering to children at his Church.
Amanda Davis
Vision Filter and Financial Advisor
Amanda is Ian’s wife. She inspires the team to treat others as ourselves. She was born and raised in southern Colorado. Math and Science were her favorite subjects in school which ultimately led her to Colorado School of Mines. One day she aspires to open a true Bed & Breakfast where she can truly manifest her “hostess with the most-est” persona.
Amanda is a full time Dog-Mom, part time Mining Engineer. She enjoys making memories with her nieces and nephews. Her weekends are typically filled with serving Project Angel Heart and her Church. The Colorado trails and hot springs are her favorite places to be and she loves the snow!
Leanne Guerre
Customer Relations Expert
Leanne moved to Colorado from Indiana and has fallen in love with the weather, scenery and all of the outdoor activities. Her hobbies and interests include hiking, riding her bike, paddle boarding and kayaking. When she isn’t homeschooling her daughter, she enjoys functional fitness/CrossFit with her husband.
She has a strong passion for Christ and her Church, which has grown since moving to Colorado. Storyline Church and volunteering in Storyland with the kids on Sundays has been so much fun for her. She aspires to be a resource for people and loves caring for them. The thrill she gets in being the first person clients get to talk to, and then helping them to feel cared for and important right off the bat is what motivates her every day. It’s what makes her so good at what she does here for the team at Cairn Roofing Group.
Jesus Valdez
Gutter Systems Guru
Jesus has been our Gutter Guru since we opened Cairn Roofing Group and is extraordinary at designing and installing from the simplest of systems to the most intricate. His passions go beyond his profession though. He loves old classic cars and hopes one day to own a business focused on detailing them. When he isn’t spending time on his carpentry hobby, he’s spending time with his kids playing Xbox.
Jesus is the kind of guy that you might see cleaning the streets from debris that is left behind by everybody else. He is truly a caring and hardworking guy that you can count on and a strong member of our team or any team.
Jaime Bueno
Roofing Systems Mastermind
Jaime has been a long-time friend and source of invaluable roofing knowledge even prior to Cairn Roofing Group. He is uniquely gifted with a plethora of expertise in the roofing industry from simple asphalt shingle installations to complex commercial systems. He has always been a trusted advisor for identifying the best products for a specific project.
Jaime is well-known for his strict adherence to using best practices and ensuring that every installation meets or exceeds local building code. He is one of the primary contributors to Cairn Roofing Group’s success and an example for all roofers to follow. We are proud to call him a member of the team.
